The following day we drove to the Chattahoochee National Forest to hike The Raven Cliffs Trail. The trail extends 4.9 miles through a waterfall-filled valley to one of Georgia's most popular and beautiful waterfalls. Since it was a cold and blustery day we had to break out our winter clothing (something Lorraine and I had hoped never to do again). It was a moderately challenging trail that led to a scenic waterfall. We passed many other hikers along the way attesting to the popularity of this trail.
Afterwards we attempted to find another trail but when we ran into this..

..we decided to turn around and head back to the RV.
